We here at iWill Enterprise inc like to make sure we spend a good amount of time building our team because we understand that a strong team makes a strong company! We love bonding with our coworkers as much as possible. We have team nights 2-3 times a month. Our team nights include things from bowling, golfing, eating at our favorite restaurants to sometimes just relaxing and enjoying each other’s company and playing cards.
We value these team nights because we believe it is important for people to unwind together and become familiar with each other outside of a work environment. By learning more about each other, we become better equipped to share ideas and work as one. Our team nights outside the office makes us work better as a unit inside the office.
