As we jump into the new year with excitement and weary optimism, the iWill Enterprise inc team wanted to reflect on the previous year and all it taught them. The last 12 months brought many challenges and a new normal to our entire country and local communities. However, that did not stop them from innovating and growing. They have adapted and developed new training structures, mentorship resources, and personnel development programs to support individuals and teams in every level of their organization.
The first quarter of the year has shown many successes already. They have promoted some promising people onto their leadership team and expect to expand their offices within the next year. They pride themselves on giving each of their employees the support they need to succeed and that has proven to be a rewarding method.

With everything going on we really want to drive down on giving back to our local community here in Louisville as well. We have two more company charity events planned that involve feeding the homeless and preparing and getting ready for the snowy weather, including donating clothing in downtown Louisville.”
